Sun King is seeking a Senior Finance Associate to join the Finance team in Togo. This role will play a key part in supporting the region's financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis, while also ensuring the team has the capacity to effectively manage financial records and accounts. The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, be proficient in financial software, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.What you would be expected to do
- Receive and process all Purchase Orders, Invoices, Expense Forms, and request for payments.
- Reconciliation of processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations of Bank Accounts.
- Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by reviewing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
- Maintaining filing systems of all accounting and finance documents and vouchers in a manner which ensures ease in retrieval and reference.
- Scheduling and preparing payments on the Payment Tracker.
- Higher National Diploma/ Bachelors. Degree in Finance, Accounting or any related other related field. ACA/ACCA Qualification will be an added advantage.
- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience as finance professional or related role.
- Are proficient in integrated financial management software, (added advantage).
- Are a Computer literate; proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting standards, fiscal procedures, and applicable tax codes.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Great evaluative reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
